JOB OPENINGS

MECHANICAL ENGINEER   -   Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports; research, design, evaluate HVAC, and plumbing building systems to comply with applicable codes and meets project requirements; confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, or provide tech info; investigate building system malfunction and recommend remedial actions; specify system components or direct modification of system equipment to ensure conformance with engineering design, performance specs, or environmental regulations. Min Req: BS in Mechanical Engineering w/ 5 yrs. exp. Skills in AutoCAD, Carrier HAP. Pro. Engineer licensed in VA, MD and DC. 40 hr/wk.
